Are showers available?

Showers are available on the lake side of the property on Thursday from 3-5, Friday and Saturday from 12-5, and Sunday from 11-3 for all attendees. The boujee bathroom and shower pass available on the ticketing portal will get you 24/7 shower access and access to the A/C bathrooms on the venue (Walnut Grove) side of the property.

Can I bring my furry friend?

A limited number of dog passes are available with a small pet fee to reserve their space. Friendly dogs only! Dogs must be kept on a leash. Be sure to include your pet at checkout.

Am I allowed to have a fire pit at my campsite?

Yes! Small personal above ground firepits are allowed in the camping areas.

Is car camping allowed?

Yes, all tickets include car camping with the exception of day passes.

Can I leave and come back throughout the weekend?

Yes!

Are children allowed?

Absolutely! New Earth Fest is an all ages, family friendly event.

Is food available for purchase?

Yes, we will have food available on site for purchase.

Is alcohol allowed?

No, this is an alcohol-free event, however, we will have an elixir bar on-site where you can purchase non-alcoholic herbal elixirs and cannabis seltzers.

When can I arrive on site?

The gates open at 10am on Thursday morning, August 20th with the first scheduled activities taking place starting around 3pm. The gates are locked overnight from 10pm-8am. Please make a concerted effort to arrive on site before 10pm. If you are unable to make it before the gates are set to close, send a text message to 314-608-1693 and let us know so we can make arrangements

When can vendors arrive to set up?

We recommend that vendors arrive on Wednesday to set up, but if that is not feasible, vendors can also arrive Thursday morning. We ask that vendors arriving on Thursday arrive between 10 and 11:30.

Are discounted tickets available?

Steward tickets at the rate of $88 (+taxes and fees) are available with an approved application and require a minimum of a 4-hour work exchange.
